NELSON
YIGA
was born an artist,
singer,
painter and performer.
Nelson started as
a theatre actor in
Uganda for over six
years during which
he was picked as
one of the young
artists to represent
Uganda in the United
States as a cultural
exchange specialist
in 1995. After working
as a manager for
Cappucino Express
in the medical center
in Houston, he won
an award for his
service to the patients,
staff and visitors
at Hermann Hospital.
He moved on to work
as an Assistant Manager
for Lowes where he
learned about building
products and construction.
He then went on to
work as an Auditor
for GENCO, Iron Mountain
and then later Waldron
Development where
his skills in construction,
real estate and design
came into play. He
then moved to start
his own corporation,
Iris Homes & International
Financing, Inc. Nelson
is also the founder
of LIJIF Foundation,
Inc., an organization
designed to help
children, the youth
and all people that
need empowerment
to better themselves,
their lives and families.
Mary RIchard is
daughter to Mr. Paul
Richard. She grew
up working with her
father during his
years of construction.
With knowledge of
making budgets and
good mathematical
skills, she brings
clarity to the projects.

PAUL
RICHARD
is an experienced builder
and a historic figure in
the history of construction
in Texas. He joins Iris
Homes to enhance the larger
projects
like churches, mosques,
traing centers, skyscrapers
and
hotel construction. Mr.
Richard has been an independent
building
contractor for 14 years.
Among some of the buildings
he has put his hands
to is the great Houston
Shrine
of the Black Madonna.
His love for philantropic
construction
of churches and schools
brings out the best in
him. He is
a draftsman with an
eye for quality. Engulfed
with so many talents as
an improviser and set maker,
Mr. Richard is also a talented
mathematician whose style
of writing reversal equations
at lightening speed makes
him a genius in the world
of statisticians. He has
honors from St. Antohny
